About CAR
Over-arching goal
Creating Automotive Renewal (CAR) has the goal of promoting the large-scale implementation of electric mobility in the countries around the South Baltic. There are ten partners with complementary competencies and resources from Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Poland.
Two goals
Project activities aim to fulfil two overall goals:
- Implementing six pilot investments, each one of those driven by one partner.
- Building a network of companies, public organizations, universities, research institutes, and clusters that want to contribute to the increase in systems for electric mobility.
Dialogue drives innovation
Throughout the project activities will be organized where creative dialogues will be initiated between players with different roles in the electric mobility sector. Discussions will not centre primarily on technical issues. Instead, meetings and seminars will focus on how to increase adoption of electric mobility and investments in electric vehicle systems. By organizing meetings and events where stakeholders from different parts of society meet and engage in dialogue the development in the electric vehicle field can accelerate the transformation to electric mobility.
